At The Whoop It Up Store (My Friend, My Soulmate, My Podcast by Hurrdat Media), all our items are made to order and on demand to ensure you receive unique pop culture pieces. Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping as we carefully craft each item just for you.

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

To request a return for a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at myfriendmysoulmatemypodcast@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem, and photos that we can forward to our suppliers.
